Andrew Meade has worked in the construction industry continuously since joining the U.S. Navy Seabees after graduating from MIT in 1981. In addition to developing a snappy salute, his career has exposed him to all kinds of building projects from high-rise downtown structures to drawbridge construction. An expert in managing the construction of all kinds of corporate buildings and interiors, his experience has included several extremely technical and challenging projects. These have given Andy a perspective which breaks success down to three elements: Partner, Plan, Deliver. Andy lives in San Jose with his wife, a popular South Bay family therapist, two children, three cats, two dogs and a horse.

Jill Dressel hails from a small town north of Calgary, Alberta. Armed with a Masters in Engineering degree from the University of Alberta, Jill left behind her world-record-setting all-Canada volleyball team and set forth for a career building synthetic fuel plants in northern Alberta. This short-lived phase has given Jill an appreciation for project management back here in civilization. After coming to the Bay Area in 1996, Jill quickly became a powerful builder of large, complex, multi-building construction projects. Her big-picture control and strength are complimented by her detailed administrative discipline. MEADE's devotion to Professional Business Practices is borne from Jill's understanding of how critical this factor is to long term success and consistency. Jill lives in Los Altos with her husband and two daughters.
