This project was built within an occupied Medical Office Building. A non-compliant clinic space was renovated to be a modern mammography suite.

Modifications to the above-ceiling ductwork, fire protection and electrical distribution was complicated due to very low clearance and an abundance of existing systems serving adjacent spaces which pass through the Mammography footprint. Our work included tying into existing MEP systems without impacting adjacent areas served by these systems.

As part of the work we corrected challenging leak problems at the existing building skin.

A final challenge emerged mid-project when design of the main public area of the suite was modified at the request of the users.
