With our experience in most every community in our marketplace, we can help the project team move smoothly through the permitting process.

No two cities or jurisdictions do things the same way. This necessitates flexibility and the willingness to aggressively investigate the process. We will meet with City officials and map the process, along with our design partners. We will gain a clear understanding of what must be submitted, who is involved, and what the turnaround time is.

Once the design has progressed a ways we will participate in a pre-submission review with the applicable reviewers, getting their input and learning what their concerns will be. Once the application is ready to submit, this advance work will ensure that our design goes through smoothly.

The permit approval process does not have to be a mystery or a wild card. While it is never going to be completely predictable, with this kind of effort it can be made much more so.
